The Team Behind it All

Wapanacki is, at it's base, a naturally beautiful property.  That said, it would not be what it is today without these people (and dog).

Andrew Prescott

Andrew owns and operates Camp Wapanacki as well as Urban AdvenTours located in the heart of Boston.  In Boston, he has toiled to create an incredible guest experience for those looking to see the city by bike or locals looking to get the best gear possible.  In Boston?  Check them out at http://www.urbanadventours.com/ - You’ll be glad you did!  Andrew grew up in Old Saybrook, CT and attended Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.

Ivan menard

Wapanacki would be nothing without the likes of this man.  Master of many trades, plus there isn't a better guy to grab a beer with.

Jen and Kathy

Jen and Kathy are fantastic neighbors and provide the elbow greese, making sure that the cabins are neat and clean. These true Vermonters are farmers and friendly, please say hello if you see them around camp!

Ken prescott

Our largest supporter in so many ways. Ken was instrumental in helping Andrew acquire the camp and is still one of our most diligent workers.

Bob Hande

Bob Hande was a resident and neighbor of the hill for over 40 years. He painted many of our buildings and took walks through the camp at three times a week.

Henry, the camp golden

Woof woof, I love jumping off the dock, into the lake, and exploring nature! As a dog friendly camp, we look forward to all of our doggo friends visiting.

Erwin - 1940 to 2024

Erwin was the heart and soul of Camp Wapanacki. A neighbor on the hill, he worked here when it was a camp for the blind, the girl scouts, and for the current owner. Everywhere you look when on camp, you can see Erwin’s impact. A true gentlemen and even better friend, he will be missed, but never forgotten.
